Established in 2019 as a response to the increased demands on schools to meet diversifying educational needs of students, the St. Clare Initiative is a robust, cohort-driven model of developing leading and learning for Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of San Francisco.
All Archdiocesan schools and staff in the Archdiocese of San Francisco are eligible to apply for participation in a development cohort with the St. Clare Initiative.

literacy 360, a schoolwide professional training program (150-hours, full staff enrollment)
Instruction for all Learners, a schoolwide professional training program (150-hours, full staff enrollment)
Catholic Administrative Services Certificate, an application-based professional training program for staff members seeking certification for future school principal (K-8) positions in the ADSF (2-years)
Student Performance Data Analytics Certificate (I & II), an application-based professional training program for staff members seeking training in CSI-anchored data analysis (1-year/level)
