In the Fall of 2020, Marin Catholic will open the Principled Entrepreneurship Institute (PEI), a unique certificate program for students interested in exploring a distinct kind of entrepreneurialism: one capable of integrating personal vocation, entrepreneurial virtue and skills, and enterprising service that harnesses human creativity toward a good and just society. The PEI accepts up to 20 students each year into the certificate program. Students apply for the program at the end of their Sophomore year and are required to take two courses in entrepreneurialism (Entrepreneurialism l and II) and one course in Economics. Accepted students will have the opportunity to participate in seminars and workshops facilitated by local entrepreneurs and have access to summer programs such as the Summer Shark Tank at the Catholic University of America and Wizeline Academy in Guadalajara, Mexico.
