September 30, 2019The Laura Vicuña Pre-Kindergarten was established in 1987 to inspire an early love of learning. The longest operating Catholic Pre-K in San Francisco, we are a licensed, non-profit program offering pre-k for children ages 3-5 years old.
Our teaching team is made up of dedicated, caring and experienced education professionals. We are located on Washington Square in San Francisco’s historic North Beach. In addition to developing reading, writing, math and science skills, children enjoy yoga, Italian, gardening, art and physical education.
On October 12th and 13th the Pre-K, in conjunction with Saints Peter and Paul School and Church, will host the 100th anniversary of The Columbus Day Bazaar. This fun-filled, iconic annual event features ethnic food favorites, and games for both children and adults. Spend the weekend in North Beach enjoying the Bazaar, The Italian Heritage Parade and the Blue Angels flying overhead!
