St. Thomas the Apostle School is a Preschool through Eighth Grade.  This year we are celebrated our 70 ^th anniversary located in the Outer Richmond District of San Francisco. The school provides a solid academic foundation in a Catholic/Christian atmosphere where the experienced staff responds to the individual needs of the students. 
 
Each child is valued as a unique person with individual gifts and needs.  The staff encourages each student to develop strong self-esteem and provides an opportunity for the children to discover the joy of learning and the pleasure of intellectual, cultural, and physical activities.  St. Thomas the Apostle appreciates and respects the religious, racial, economic, social, and cultural diversity within our school community.
 
St. Thomas the Apostle is distinguished by being a STEAM school.  Technology at STA is not just about coding and robotics. Our weekly STEAM classes from preschool-8th grade incorporate all disciplines of science, technology, engineering, art, and math into fun activities for the students. From story time with robots to hands-on activities, our kids are having a lot of fun while learning!
