Mercy High School, Burlingame is proud to challenge students with innovative classes and learning methods. We offer a semester-long Study Skills course for freshmen, designed to bridge the gap between middle school and high school demands. With a cross-discipline approach, this course prepares students with the academic skills and growth mindset needed to be successful throughout high school and beyond. Topics covered include self-advocacy, executive functioning, research, and studying. They even build skills needed for note-taking at college-level lectures! 

As a unique, all-girls high school established by  the Sisters of Mercy, it is our mission to ensure that every young woman who attends Mercy be known, be challenged, and be transformed. We help our students meet their own unique potential in developing high-level academic skills, as well as the confidence and love of learning needed to take their skills far beyond our hallways.
